Step 1:
We hand wash and scrub the roof and use no pressure cleaners which could create leaks.
Step 2:
Next, we reseal all vents and skylights.
Step 3:
Lastly, we roll 2 coasts of White Elastomeric Sealer on your roof that makes home energy efficient and water tight.
